Cory Bickham

Cory Bickham’s journey to becoming a leader in the treatment industry was paved
with real-life experience. After growing up fishing the bayous of south Louisiana, he
spent nearly two decades as a musician in Memphis, a period marked by a long
struggle with alcohol addiction. In 2014, he made the pivotal decision to get sober in
Austin, Texas, which set him on a new path. He returned to school and soon began
working in the treatment field, moving from a counselor to a director across multiple
facilities and every level of care. Cory’s story is a powerful testament to the fact that
recovery is not just possible, but that the lessons learned along the way can become
the foundation for a life of purpose.
